USE ONE CONCAVE FOR RICE, SOYBEANS, AND CORN
The 300-716105 kit provides a replaceable front lip followed by two rows of Extreme Wear MaxThresh in the front of the concave, followed by four rows using Extreme Wear MaxRound Technology. This configuration is optimized for peak efficiency and machine throughput to maximize capacity in high-yielding hybrid and conventional rice, while also allowing a SINGLE concave configuration for corn, soybeans, and rice - a key advantage to Kx7.

These components feature our metallurgically bonded laser cladding wear coating on the most vulnerable areas of the part to provide the longest usage in your high-wear environment. Laser cladding bonds a layer of tungsten carbide wear protection to our KX7 MaxThresh and MaxRound box inserts, as well as to the inner radius of the frame assemblies where the greatest wear occurs from the crop f low direction.
KX7 Extreme Wear components are available as replacement parts, as well as ThreshStart and full-rotor kits.
