Extreme Wear Concaves

Extreme Wear Concaves KX7 Resources Kondex offers KX7 Extreme Wear boxes, frames, and assemblies for extended usage in extremely high-wear crops and conditions. These components feature our metallurgically bonded laser cladding wear coating on the most vulnerable areas of the part to provide the longest usage in your high-wear environment. Laser cladding bonds a layer of tungsten carbide wear protection to our KX7 MaxThreshTM and MaxRoundTM box inserts, as well as to the inner radius of the frame assemblies where the greatest wear occurs from the crop flow direction. KX7 Extreme Wear components are available as replacement parts, as well as ThreshStartTM and full-rotor kits.

The kit configurations are optimized for peak efficiency and machine throughput to maximize capacity in high-yielding hybrid and conventional rice, while also allowing a SINGLE concave configuration for corn, soybeans, and rice - a key advantage to Kx7.
